Some of you may have heard that the Commonwealth of
Virginia, on July 1st 2007, passed house
bill 3202. This bill looks like it could well be
the model of the "handwriting on the wall".

It creates egregious fines and penalties for the
sake of generating income for this Commonwealth.
From what we have learned, this bill was created and
sponsored by Del.
David Albo (R- 42nd District)
a partner in a law firm.
(A No brainer right)?
If this bill, which became law, is allowed to
stand, many other states will without doubt adopt or
increase such penalties.
